My Nudge Plan doesn´t work / Journey Status Pending

I made a nudge plan; the plan has the 5 possible channels; I executed the process scheduled for the plans; the scheduled process ended and is shown as successfully completed; but when reviewing the execution of the nudge plan, it shows that there are different channel recipients with a pending status; why are these channels in pending status? How can I change them to a completed status?

When searching for the journey placed in the plan's channel, we observe that in the journey assignment activity, it has been in a pending state since yesterday (24 hours have passed since the scheduled process was launched). What should I do to change the status of the journey assignment activity from pending to completed? Will changing the assignment of the journey task from pending to completed change the status of the channel to completed?
