Candidate emails opening within the same browser
Summary:
When a candidate opens an email eg invitation email, when the candidate selects the link to apply, the link opens within the same browser as the email.
Content (required):
When a candidate receives an email on their mobile device, eg invite to apply. when the candidate opens the link as below
it opens within the application they are using eg GMail. (see below)
This results in the user unable to access their verification code as it will only be able to be accessed by closing down the previous page.
By which point the verification code will now longer be eligible, and the user will keep going going around in circles unless they open the link in a new browser.
