How to embed the internal careers page link into our Intranet?

Summary:

We are trying to embed the internal careers page link into our Intranet. It is already in there but we need to move it to sit closer to the top of the page.

Content (required):

When we try to edit the link, we receive an error "ausenco.taleo.net refused to connect".

Is there a setting i need to enable in Taleo configuration in order to allow access to the URL?
