My instance's gone. I don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment

It looks like I have a similar issue to this one:

I can log in to https://cloud.oracle.com/ but all resources are gone. I can't access anything in my root department hitting with

You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help.

You do not have authorization to perform this request, or the requested resource could not be found. (NamespaceNotFound)

Any help would be appreciated.
