Impact of creating 2 User accounts in a single Integrations for Sterling Candidate Background check

Summary:

Currently our customer has deployed Sterling services for candidate Background check for EMEA region alone.

Now there is a requirement for adding an additional user account for US region. Sterling has suggested to add a second user account for US region to the existing Integration.

Content (required):

Queries:

1. Checking if this is feasible or would there be any issues or impacts to the already existing Integration that is supporting EMEA region which has already gone live ?

2. Can the recruiter select both the user accounts simultaneously when creating the Global requisition within the same Integration ?

3. In the candidate level, can Recruiter select any one of the user accounts in the Candidate form as per their respective regions (US/EMEA) ?

Howdy, Stranger!
