Global email updates - changing text across multiple templates

With Twitter branding change to "X" I need to update 200+ templates. Currently we have the old Twitter icon and text beside it "Follow us on Twitter". We also have an EN and FR version of these emails.

The icon change is easy since I can just update the existing image globally. However I still need to change the text from Twitter to X.

Is there anything akin to a Find & Replace feature?
