Summary: When trying to add an active employee to the Communication Team, they are not showing in the dropdown when we search by name or person number.

Content (required): While creating a new communication team, we are not able to find an active employee when searching by name or person number. We did run the LDAP processes, as recommended on other questions, but they were still not populating in the search.
