What is the best option for adding an attachment to a ADFdi journal

Summary:

We need to add attachments to journals loaded through ADFdi.

Content (required):

It seems it's possible to add attachments to a journal batch through the UI after the journal has been approved, but not before approval.

There is a possibility to add attachments to a journal in status pending approval, from the approval notification. However this attachment, I can't find after approval is done.

Please advice on how to best add attachments before ADFdi journals are sent for approval.
