Hi,

we configured a Job offer letter template (you can find the .rtf file among the attachments). However when we select this template in the offer phase (after submitting the Job offer, or simply after saving the Job offert in draft), clicking on Actions -> Preview offer, if we download the .pdf file, the header and the footer are not displayed (see the .pdf I attached).

How can we solve this kind of issue?

Hoping someone has some suggestions.
