can we restrict work schedule of an employee via auto complete rules

Summary:

If any user (HR Admin/Line Manager), tries to change the work schedule start date (past dated start date), then it should throw an error.

System shouldn't allow the user to edit the workschedule for any back dated days. Only current and future dated entries should be allowed in the system.
