Can you hide the timestamp when linking a coverage item to a covered item in OM?

Summary: When a coverage item (service) is added to a Sales Order and associated to the Hardware or Software covered item, the required coverage period start/end includes both a date and time-stamp by default. The time-stamp on the Period Start is the current time, while the end-date is 11:59 PM on the end date of the period. When this orchestrates to Subscription Management, the timestamp will be removed and the contract will default to whole days (subject to the system-time).
