Will running DM Plan (Refresh with Current Data) without configuration change affects plan output?

Summary: We need to run the DM plan (Refresh with Current Data) to include a new item. No changes were done to the forecasting methods, parameters, forecasting profile, input measure used in the forecasting profile. Will running the Demand Plan in full refresh change the plan output i.e., Statistical forecast generated by the plan?
