When an approver requests more information regarding a job req we are unable to re-assign...

Summary:

When an approver requests more information we are unable to re-assign the approval to anyone else. The only option is to terminate or withdraw. This sometimes happens when an employee leaves the organisation or has not set up a vacation rule. When trying to re-assign there is an error message,

"An error occurred. Contact your help desk. JBO-29000....."

This issue only occurs when trying to re-assign an approval where the approver has requested more information. Approvals in other states can be re-assigned.
