Data is not populating in Table pay_dir_comp_details_f for US State Tax Calculation Card

We have hired an employee.

We have added US State Tax details for the employee under Tax withholding calculation card, Using option “Add Default State and Local Withholdings”

Now, we are expecting data to be populated in Table “pay_dir_comp_details_f” (Earlier data used to get populated in the Table “pay_dir_comp_details_f” on adding US State Tax). But the problem is data is not getting populated in the above- mention table which causes problem in downstream application.
