Docusign Error for purchase orders(POs preparing for signature)

We have enabled electronic signature setups and docusign integrations setups are in valid status.

However when we try to send the Purchase order for prepare for signature the following error appears. Are me still missing something

We are using docuSign demo account and do every buyer need to have the account to send documents for signature?
