How to configure "SKIP Approval", if the applicant is one of the AOR Approver ??

Summary:

We have a scenario that need to skip approval for the applicant is one of the AOR Approver.

Example: The Applicant (AAA) is one of the "L2 AOR Approver"

For (AAA) ICD application raise by his Line manager (DDD) and the application should go to L1 AOR Approver, once got approved then it should not go to L2 Approver, since the applicant is one of the "L2 AOR Approver", so it should skip this participant level and pass directly to "L3 AOR Approver."

How can we handle above scenario either using Participant - Skip rule or using "Prohibit self-approval by users named in these payload attributes"?
