Error while integrating Hireright for Checklist

Hi Team,


We are trying to integrate Hireright with ORC for checklist whererin I-9 verification will be done using that. All the credentials have been provided by the hireright and these values have been integrated successfully but when trying to save and close , below error is coming up.


JPS-01001 : The Credential key is invalid


Please find the attached screenshots for reference and share us the workaround.
