Guided Journey task customization

Hi everyone,
We are configuring the "guided journey" for the hiring process that an HR must take to hire an employee into the system.
In particular, we noticed the possibility of inserting HTML code to customize the view of the system task, but despite having inserted HTML code within the configuration of the task itself, it does not seem to include this code.
We also noticed the possibility to enter information for the "Set Modal Window Properties" field, could you provide us with some more information about the supported customization for this field.
