How to automatically hold order shipping if customer account put on hold after order creation

Summary:

We created sales order for customer and order status now is awaiting shipping

Financial team put customer account on hold but we are still able to ship order although account is in hold

is there anyways to hold order automatiocally if customer account is in hold
