Restrict access to Mobile expenses

Summary: Is there a privilege to grant access to mobile expenses

Content (required): We are looking to implement Fusion Mobile expenses, but would like to restrict access to the mobile app to specific users, all other users must enter expenses from web login with in office network,is there an option to restrict access to specific roles by adding previlige or removing aprevilige from Employee role
