Unable to update data in my ADP variable. Item with keys could not be found.

Summary:

I'm getting an error when I try and write the data from my edited row variable back to the Array Data Provider. I have checked and rechecked my code against the documentation in the JET recipes and redwood recipes. It must be something dumb, but at this point I'm out of ideas. (code included)

I am writing a simple application extension to the Fusion applications. It is just two screens. The initial screen allows you to search for a project by project name. The second screen shows the details of the selected project (read-only) and displays a table of Project Resource Assignments.
