How do I set a prefix for SRs in NextGen HR Help Desk?

Summary: We need to set a prefix value for SRs in NextGen HR Help Desk but it doesn't seem like there is a prefix profile option specifically for NextGen HRHD. What I mean is, in the documentation, it says to search for profile option named "SVC_PUID_FORMAT". I did a search on SVC_PUID_ and found both SVC_PUID_FORMAT and SVC_PUID_PREFIX. We have the value "SR" in SVC_PUID_PREFIX, but this isn't reflected for NextGen SRs (SRs for NextGen HRHD are presently only showing numbers). The SR prefix only appears for Legacy HRHD (B2B) SRs (B2B Service SRs are showing the prefix just fine).
