Access Lease Details Report for BIP Report in Lease Accounting

Hi, From the Lease Accounting Module UI - you can download an .xlsx LDR (Lease Details Report) for each lease (Under Schedules tab for each individual lease). I am creating a custom BIP report for Lease Accounting data and would like to incorporate the data generated in the Lease Details Report but am unsure if there is a way. Not sure how I can research how to access the package and incorporate to the BIP report.
