How to restrict Legal entity for AP usage

Summary:

By optimizing the Enterprise Structure definition, we are progressing with a single Ledger, and multiple Legal Entities, with a single Business Unit. This is causing a concern around having an inability to restrict the Legal Entities that users have access to transact within.

1) Segment Value Security to restrict the BSV available

2) Data Access and config to ensure the correct LE has a corresponding link to a BSV in GL.

3) Related Value Sets to ensure segment 2 is only accessible to values linked to segment 1.

4) Areas of Responsibility to restrict Employee LoV information and secure employee's.
