Recruiters seeing inactive message templates
Summary: When scheduling an interview, Recruiter also sees inactive templates in the list of templates available for use.
Content: We recently deactivated some unused/ outdated message templates but these are still showing up in templates available for use. Has anyone else faced this issue? If yes, is there a solution or at least a workaround?
