Alert when sum of FTE for multiple assignments is greater than 1
Summary:
Hello,
Is it possible to set up an Autocomplete Rule that, in case an employee has multiple assignments on the same WR, checks the FTE for all of them and returns an error in case the sum of FTEs is greater than 1?
For instance: an HR adds a new assignment for an employee. The employee already has 2 part time assignments (i.e. FTE Asg 1 = 0,5 ; FTE Asg 2 = 0,5; FTE Asg 1 + FTE Asg 2 = 1); if an FTE greater than 0 is added on the new (third) assignment, then the system throws an error because the sum of FTE is already 1.
Thanks
Giada
