Is There a Way to Disable the Login Screen for OSC?

Hello - We would like to make some changes to our OSC instance and would like to prevent users (everyone but Admins) from being able to login. Is there a way to disable the login screen dashboard for all users except for Admins? We know we can disable individual users and can disable entire usergroups but we would like a quick and dirty solution to turn the front end on and off while we make a few changes so users are unable to access the sytem while we work,
