Summary:

Oracle fusion Collaboration Invoice outbound messaging attachments missing in event payload.

We are able to see the event is success but wit out attachments.

Though we have opted/Configured "Enabled attachements" at Manage Collaboration Messaging Configuration-> Business process setup(Customer)->Process_Invoice_out->Configure Additioanl details(enabled check box-Enable attachments in the XML message)
