Using 3rd Party Vendors for Internal Background Checks

We use a 3rd party vendor to do our external background checks. This works great, because we are able to send the SSN/SIN and DOB through the integration. We collect this information and enter it in the Sensitive Information section of the Application.

We use a 3rd party vendor to do our external background checks. This works great, because we are able to send the SSN/SIN and DOB through the Oracle integration. The Recruiter enters this in the Sensitive Information section of the Application.
In some cases we will need to do a background check on an internal applicant, i.e. DOT. Currently we are not showing the Sensitive Information section for internals, because the information has already been captured in their Fusion record when they were hired externally. We are looking for idea's as to how to get this information over to our vendor. Has anyone done this through their vendor integration?
