Having Trouble with Import Survey Data

I loaded Compensation Type = BAS using the Market Data Survey Data HSDL template with no issues. But when I try to load Compensation Type = TTL_CSH, I am getting an unexpected error. It's telling me MERCOM is already a Batch Name. But that isn't the Batch Name I'm using, that's my Survey Code. And it doesn't happen on every line. Any thoughts on what is really wrong with my HSDL?
