Is it possible to record the Production Operator's Working Shift when completing the Production?

We have a requirement that when the Production is started/completed from Review Dispatch List, Production Operator wants to record his working shift. But the Business is not using any resources for the production. Is it possible to record the working shifts of the Operators whoever is starting/completing the Production Process.
