Hi Team,

We encounter that customers migrated from Legacy system as a part of Data Migration doesnt have the Business Level set. It is blank.

Our expectation upon running the collections program and depending on the Collections Preference set migrated customers will be dunned either at Account/Site level.

As per our setting the Business level at collections preference is set as 'Account' so i expect the migrated customers should have the business level as 'Account'. But it is not the case. Upon running 'Validate Customer Dunning Setup Report' i see that for all the customer it is under 'No Profile'. There are huge lot of customers which is migrated and setting up the business level manually for each customer is not possible.
