How to capture position details for reqs apart from the Job Requisition Creation process?

Our company implemented HCM using the "shared process" to create job requisitions. Using this option, hiring managers start the requisition creation process in HCM and we have various collaborators engage before the recruiter receives the request and opens the requisition. (Previously, in PeopleSoft, we captured hiring manager vacancy/position details via a case submission outside of the hiring platform and recruiters started the requisition process within the PeopleSoft system.)

We find that the "shared" job requisition creation process:
