Manage Bank Statement Transaction Creation Rules

Summary:

We need to create around 1.8 K bank statement transaction rules , so I am wondering if anyone know if there is a way to create the rules via spreadsheet, FBDI or Interface. I looked at Cash Management FBDI documentation it seems there is no FBDI available for this setup.
