Need to restrict the salesperson from updating the Address on the Account type ZCA_Customer

Summary:

Hi,

We have a business requirement where we would like to restrict the Sales team from updating the addresses for the Account type 'Customer' ( SalesProfile = ZCA_CUSTOMER). However they should be able to add a new address. Can someone please suggest a way to achieve this requirement from client.
