reports (cloud) | suppression using member check on another row or POV

Summary:

In a report we want to show a number of rows from Entity 302 if Entity 301 has been selected in the POV.

What would be a good technique to do this?

I tried the following setup:

I will calculate on a cell of a hidden row if we need to show the rows or not by putting the word Show. The report is a single entity report but entity is anyway in the rows and hidden as a column. For the entity on this test row, I have specified Pov member selection.
