Auto complete rule for Termination

Hi All,
We are having a requirement to prevent Termination transactions when the Reason is Retirement . The system should automatically check if the person is eligible for retirement and show a error message if the retirement eligibility is no met. Below is the retirement eligibility and the ACR which is created.
Employees must have completed at least five years of continuous service and be at least 55 years of age to be eligible for retirement.
This is working fine, but in case of Global Transfer's the Start date of the new LE is being captured which is causing issue. For Global Transfers the Enterprise Hire Date should be calculated to meet the retirement eligibility.
