Coding Conditional Formatting into LSQL?

Hi All,
When building a report in LSQL - I apply the SQL into the Advanced tab and this generates the report for me. It's a timely process to go back into Criteria tab and add Conditional Formatting to each column (ex: changing column names, formatting headings, etc.).
After I add any Conditional Formatting, I check the Advanced tab to see if it applies to the LSQL and it doesn't seem to. So, the Conditional Formatting is visible in the Results tab, but does not code into the
