How can I refresh the opportunity marketplace eligibility profiles

We have created opportunity marketplace eligibility profile that has as criteria, certain BU (Business units) and user-defined criteria. In the user-defined criteria we added one more option. So, for example an employee belongs to an eligible BU and in the user defined criteria they match either the option A or option B to belong in this eligibility profile.
The thing is that the eligibility is not refreshing and employees that fullfill option B haven't gain the visibility associated with the eligibility profile. Why is this happening and how can we fix it? Is there a way to refresh eligibility?
