How can we monitor whether emails successfully reach suppliers?
We recently migrated to Oracle Cloud and we have some purchase orders that are not reaching our suppliers. We have had POs with a document history that show it was communicated to a supplier but they report never receiving it.
1.) Is there any way to know when a PO has not reached the supplier after it was communicated and has essentially left the Oracle App?
2.) Are we able to setup internal email notifications alerting us of rejected or bounced POs? Or is there a SQL query we can run periodically that will list any purchase orders that were not successfully sent?
