Can a Date Time Calendar be created in FreeFrom?

Summary:

Is there a way in freeform to create a date-time dimension calendar? Could this be something where Oracle provides a wizard or dimension artifact file? We are trying to create a cube with daily data which we will want to be able to load and query by day.
