Can anybody Please share a Sample App to Display the ADP data in a Form instead of Table?

Summary:

We are Fetching the Data  from a BIP Report and have stored it in a ADP variable.

Now We have designed a Form where we want to Display the Data  (Employee Number , Employee Name ) Fetched from this Report which is  Stored into  a ADP Variable
