Is it possible to have autocomplete rule update a field based on the answer of a Prescreen Question?

Summary: We ask the prescreen question to see if any family members or relatives work at the company, We have the need to update a candidate application EFF or Job Offer EFF to note that this applicant has relatives at the company. I was wondering if this could be done through an autocomplete rule. If the candidate selected Yes on the prescreen question then the field would be updated to Yes.

Is it possible to have an autocomplete rule update a candidate application, offer or CoreHR field based on the answer of a Prescreen Question?

I checked and didn't see the ability to link to a prescreen question and tried to check Oracle documentation but couldn't find much related.
