Manage Batches not showing any data

Summary:

Successfully imported invoice line (can see the data in cjm_document_lines_all), when I submit Create Accruals for Channel Batch the batch shows in the Batch parameter LOV, however no accruals and no batches in Manage Batches. What am I missing?
