Can we rename the From email address ?

We would like to be able to change the 'From' email address in its entirety, Our new hires are receiving Journey notifications from a sender that looks like it could be spam. We would like to change it so it is more meaningful and relevant,

I have been able to change the From "name" but I would also like to be able to change the From "email address". Is this possible?
