Hi All, Is there a way to monitor user inactiveness and display a prompt at the end of the journey asking for feedback from the user. For example: If the user has stopped interacting with the ODA and the chat is inactive for 2 minutes , the time delay has to be monitored and display a feedback prompt after 2 minutes to get feedback from the user.
