How to prevent employee from viewing a specific element under Element Entries?

An employee can view the elements assigned to him/her via the Compensation screen. HR users are able to view element entries of an employee only if they have a custom Compensation Specialist data role which has been defined to provide access to employees based on a specific legal entity or business unit. An amount is uploaded onto an element called 'Bonus - STI Special' under Element Entries.
