Validate External connection get internal error in oci devops

Hello.

I am setting up oci devops to connect to github via external connection with following steps as instructed in the documentation like creating github pat, storing Github PAT using OCI's Vault secret, adding Vault secret to external connection outside. However, to continue, I proceed to make to validate external connection, I receive the following error message:

Is there any way to fix this problem? I'm new to OCI so any suggestions are good.
