Is it possible to get more details on the campaign responses?

We've created a campaign and included hyperlink to the message, we made the link trackable. After running the campaign, we can see the number of clicks, but not the audience clicked on & who clicked. Is it possible to see behind-the-scenes analytics for ORC? Maybe there is a report we can run? We are trying to make sure people are clicking our event registration link and who does. Please advise.
