Payroll is not defaulting in Payroll Frequency although Add button is disabled

Hi,

For me, while creating offer, Payroll is not defaulting in Payroll Frequency although Add button is disabled. There is just one Payroll and I have defined the rule in Autocomplete Setup. Can someone please advise what's being wrong here.
